INVITATION TO BID FOR PARTICIPATION IN PRELIMINARY QUALIFICATION SELECTION:

For Applicants in the framework of Qualification Selection No. T-40-17 for rendering of insurance services: "Provision of a comprehensive insurance program in the framework of the Project "Construction of Ustyurt GCC on the basis of Surgil field with field development" (operational phase)"
JV «Uz-Kor Gas Chemical» LLC hereinafter referred to as Customer (also - “JV”) has announced an open preliminary qualification selection of Applicants within the Qualification Selection No. T-40-17 for rendering of insurance services: "Provision of a comprehensive insurance program in the framework of the project "Construction of Ustyurt GCC on the basis of Surgil field with field development" (operational phase)"

For participation in the bidding a company should meet the following minimum criteria:


• Company must not be under current or due reorganization, liquidation or bankruptcy (statement from tax authority and bank to be submitted);

• Company must have been established at least 3 (three) years prior to announcement of the Qualification Selection (submit notarized copies of constituent agreement of the company, charter of the company);
• Availability of current License from the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan to carry out activities on insurance classes, which are the subject of this Qualification Selection.
• Company must to provide application for preliminary qualification selection in English and Russian.

• The Company’s financial stability rating shall be not less than “uzA+” under scale of Sairpo and/or Ahbor-reyting rating agencies.

The Applicants’s application must necessarily meet the minimum criteria specified in this documentation. If the Applicant’s application does not comply with the mandatory requirements, the Applicants’s application is not eligible for further evaluation.

Participation in preliminary qualification selection and submission of necessary documents (instruction to applicants) are free of charge.

When submitting documents, in a mandatory manner, please indicate your bank details and full legal address.

Package of documents for participation in preliminary qualification selection must be delivered in due time by courier mail or express messenger in a sealed envelope with the contact details of the sender, name of subject and number of preliminary qualification selection (with mark “Do not open by mail handling department”).

After 01 pm Tashkent time on 20 October, 2017, the documents submitted by the companies for participation in preliminary qualification selection will not be accepted.

Companies (organizations and other legal entities) intending to participate in the preliminary qualification selection may receive further information thereon, and also receive a full package of preliminary qualification selection documentation at the following address:
