Invitation for participation of Competitive selection №CS-102/2017 procurement of “graphite packing JIC 3020” with attachment.

Deadline for competitive selection: on 9h July 2017 y.

The Competitive selection is open to legal entities, registered in the state bodies at their location and having a bank account. 

The potential suppliers will be disqualified from participation in competitive selection: 
a) which are under reorganization (amalgamation, joining, separation, restructuring), liquidation or bankruptcy; 
b) which didn’t submit all the necessary documents for competitive selection within set timeframe; 
c) which have not fulfilled their commitments undertaken on previously concluded contracts; 
d) which have pending litigation with Costumer; 

Due to the urgency of the order, potential supplier shall be registered in Uzbekistan and must have right for commercial activity in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Please provide commercial proposal during 10 days after announcement.

Commercial proposals should be timely delivered by courier mail, or by fax or e-mail.
