Invitation for participation in Competitive Selection for providing Сompulsory insurance of civil liability for wrongful death, bodily injury and/ or damage to property of third parties and environment in case of accident occurrence on hazardous production facility.

 Joint Venture “Uz-Kor Gas Chemical” Limited Liability Company hereby announced the commencement of Competitive Selection to providing services for Сompulsory insurance of civil liability for wrongful death, bodily injury and/ or damage to property of third parties and environment in case of accident occurrence on hazardous production facility according to the Technical Assignment (attached hereto on 4 pages).

The Competitive Selection is open to legal entities, registered in the state bodies at their location and having a bank account. To participate in the Competitive Selection, company must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Company should not be in the process of reorganization, liquidation or bankruptcy;
• Company should not be in a state court or arbitration with the customer;
• Company should be established for at least  3 years prior to the tender;
• Company shall have a valid license of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan for provision of services which are subject-matter of this Competitive selection.

Commercial proposals should be timely delivered by (courier) mail or by hand to the address below.

Commercial proposals shall be submitted in sealed envelopes, bearing the full name and address both of the Bidder and addressee, and marked with name of the services which are subject-matter of this Competitive selection. Commercial proposals and external envelopes shall be affixed by the Bidder’s stamp.

Due to the urgency of the order, please reply in the shortest possible time frame, but in any case not later than 13 September 2016.
